Party in the Air
The 2022 overall Hermés theme is Lightness.
For this Dessert Party we transformed the auditorium of Norra Real high school into galaxy.
As they came in, the guests, found giant floating colorful planets on top of which the event unfolded. The ceiling and walls surrounding the planets looked like a starred sparkly universe, thanks to a 360° projection.
Waiters and bakers were alien inhabitants of the planets. They served drinks and desserts out of the natural rock formation of the planets, such as rock slices, a natural fountain and a smoke pond of ice creams.
Pastry chef Frida Bäcke and cocktail creator Tjoget ideated a selection of gourmet dessert and drinks that reflected the atmosphere.
